The Rabbit hOle is the first museum of its kind in the United States. Spanning three floors, the Rabbit hOle brings countless works of children’s literature to life. Visitors become explorers in an immersive, multi-sensory, narrative landscape filled with discoverable environments. Within this radical literary wonderland, you can catch a ride with Nana and CJ on the bus to the Last Stop on Market Street; whisper “Goodnight Moon” in the quiet dark of the great green room; outshine Mr. Sun with Sam and the Tigers; feed jum-jills to The Funny Thing, or find yourself scaling the cliffs of My Father’s Dragon.
Emily Hane is the development and grants manager at The Rabbit hOle. Her nonprofit career spans a variety of roles working for organizations like Literacy KC, Water.org, and Nonprofit Connect. She started her career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Cameroon. Emily holds a BA from KU and an MPA from UMKC.
Thank you to everyone who has participated so far in World Immunization Week, 24-30 April. Whether you shared a social media post, hosted an event, or donated, you played a key role in helping us remind the world that vaccines work, and the progress we’ve made in ending polio is proof.
But the week isn’t over yet! If you haven’t had a chance to show your support, there’s still time.
Parkville Rotary is filled with activities coming up for us to volunteer and to give back to our community. We also have made time to socialize. Please review below and overwhelm us with your choices.
We are invited guests to celebrate the camp's 100th anniversary.
Don't miss out this is so much fun. Dianna Collins is our Chair this year.
