Rebecca Jacobsen Graham spent more than 25 years serving the United States Federal Government in the Directorate of Operations for the Central Intelligence Agency and as a foreign service officer in the U.S. Department of State. Her diplomatic assignments spanned Latin America, Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Today, as the owner of Belinder Oaks, a Kansas City-based consultancy, Rebecca applies her experience as an executive leadership coach to develop both private-industry and public-service leaders to make a broad, meaningful impact for themselves, their teams, their organizations, and their communities.
In addition to degrees from Missouri State University and Purdue University and an International Rotary Scholarship at the National University of Singapore, Rebecca holds a certificate in leadership coaching from Georgetown University and is certified (ACC) by the International Coaching Federation. She is a native of
Parkville, Missouri.
Ted Place (Chief Development Officer) has worked in fundraising and community development for more than 20 years; his experience includes time in both community service organizations and educational institutions, most recently he spent 7 years as Senior Vice President and Chief Development Officer at Kansas City PBS. Ted is an alumnus of the Kansas City Chamber of Commerce Centurions program and Northwest Missouri State University. He has served on the boards of the Community Foundation of Northwest Missouri, Catholic Charities of Kansas City/St. Joseph, and is President of the Northwest Missouri State University Foundation.

The highly anticipated Parkville Micro Brewfest is just around the corner, and we are looking for enthusiastic volunteers to help make this year’s event a success! If you love the energy of a festival and want to support our local community, we would love to have you on the team.
We are currently looking for volunteers to staff the merchandise tent on Saturday, April 25, 2026.
Shift Details
The festival officially opens at 1:00 PM, which is typically our busiest and most exciting time. We are looking for help during the following windows:
1:00 PM – 3:00 PM (peak hours!)
3:00 PM – 5:00 PM (Or until merchandise is sold out)
How to Sign Up

District Conference 2026!
We are excited to announce that registration is open for the annual District Conference!
This year the conference will be held at the Rotary Youth Camp in Lee's Summit April 24th and April 25th, with a special concert to be held on Friday, April 24th.
