COVID-19 UPDATE: Parkville Rotary has been meeting virtually since mid-March 2020 due to the pandemic.  Our club will continue to meet virtually until the Parkville Rotary Board determines it is again safe for our members and guests to meet in-person.
We have been having hybrid meetings for over a month now.  Join us this Friday! As a reminder, lunch is not being provided at this time but you may bring your own lunch.  Clean up is on individual members and masks are required for the meeting.
Thanks again to Central Bank and Debbie Hopkins for letting us use their meeting space!
The following students have been awarded Parkville Rotary scholarships this year.
Taylor Lawrence of Platte County R-3 High School
Finley Bickford of Park Hill South High School
Reinhart J. Realina of Park Hill High School
Please join us June 11th for the Scholarship Awards Ceremony during our Friday membership meeting at noon to learn more about these amazing students.

Participate with Parkville Rotary in the parade the morning of Saturday, July 4th, 2021!
Parade Line Up: 9am
Parade Begins: 10am at 63rd & Hwy 9
Parade Ends: Historic Downtown Parkville
Theme: Celebrate First Responders
Please let Bob Stone know if you intend to participate.  We are looking for members to drive their personal classic cars as well as walkers! We are always near the front of the parade so it won't take up much of your morning!

If you are interested in helping build cars for kids as discussed in last week's presentation, please contact Rebecca Kidwell.  They are always looking for volunteers.

A big thanks to Robert Kersey for running our shoe drive again this year.  This year was not an easy job for Robert as shoes did not go on sale but he continued to work hard and never gave up.  Thanks to Robert and Joe Carroll for meeting Larry Lunsford at the Parkville pick up site this past week.
