Topic: KC Cattle Company

The beliefs of KC Cattle Company are grounded upon the experiences of its owner.

As a former member of 1st Ranger Battalion, Patrick Montgomery, CEO, looks to bring the lessons learned through sweat, blood, and hardship during his time in the military to his practices in agriculture. Specifically, he looks to raise quality beef for the very same people and communities he once served as a Ranger.

The KC Cattle Company is coming to the City of Parkville.  They have some very exciting plans and a new development.  They are also opening a pop-up on main street at the exchange building December 10th – December 24th.

Sandy Knoernschild arranged for this program.

SAVE THE DATE:
Snowflake Party @ the Rittman's House

Sunday, Jan 16, 2022 – 5:30 PM

The Parkville Rotary Snowflake banquet will be reinstated for this coming year – Jan. 16, 2022. The location is at Dave and Cheryl Rittman’s home on Riss Lake in Parkville.

The heavy appetizers provided by Guy Tamburello, a local prestigious caterer will include:

. Oven Roasted stuffed Mushroom caps
. Shrimp cocktail
. Bacon wrapped water chestnuts
. Beef Tenderloin medallions in Peppercorn sauce
. Caprese Sticks
. Lobster Mac and Cheese
. Chicken Piccata Skewers

There also will be an open bar with quality champagne, beer, wine, other beverages

Please RSVP through Bob Stone early – while the home can host a good size event (about 55), it’s possible that we could sell out due to space limitations – thus first come, first serve in terms of reservations. Similar to our last snowflake in Jan 2020 – there will be a flat rate amount TDB charged to your Rotary account. We regret that cancellations cannot be accepted within 7 days of the event due to catering guarantees, unless another last minute member reservation is received that can offset the fixed catering cost.

While one week later in January than typical due to caterer availability .. the house will be left decorated for Christmas, both inside and outside. Should the Chiefs be playing in the wild card games scheduled that Sunday during the Snowflake – arrangements will be made for the game to be viewed at several points within the home while the event goes on, of course.

It’s going to be a great night – mark it down on your calendars and email Bob Stone (rd_stone@icloud.com) as he is taking RSVP's for the event.
