Topic: Robert W Plaster Free Enterprise Center Tour
This Friday, Dalyn Novak will provide the club with a tour of Park University's new Robert W. Plaster Free Enterprise Center and School of Business during our regular meeting time. We will gather outside the building before heading in as a group.
Parking for those who need to limit their amount of walking can park just north of the entry triangle into campus (red area) while those who are able to walk farther should park in the lot just south of Herr House (yellow area).
The project is being delivered by design-build with Straub Construction as the lead and WSKF Architects as their partner/design firm. Dalyn Novak is serving as the Project Manager and lead designer for WSKF.
Lunch will not be provided for this meeting. We are hoping that the elevator will be up and running in time for our tour. There is air conditioning in the building. Hard hats will not be required for the tour but please wear closed toe shoes as this is still an active construction site.
Please direct any additional questions you may have to Dalyn at dnovak@wskfarch.com
If you are vaccinated there is no need for you to wear a mask while on campus unless you feel more comfortable doing so. If you are unvaccinated you will need to continue to wear a mask for the duration of the tour. These are Park University's rules so please take note.

2021-2022 PROGRAMS CALENDAR
Our Rotary calendar year is July 1st through June 30th. Please scroll down to UPCOMING PROGRAMS below for our 2021-2022 programs calendar. All members have been given a date to provide a program for this new Rotary year. You can find your program date below.
Kathy Leibrand is our Programs Chair/President-Elect for 2021-2022. Please send your speaker's information and your speaker's bio to both Kathy and Dalyn Novak no less than one week prior to your program date so that we can make sure the information is included correctly on the website and in the weekly newsletter. Ideally, we'd get at least your speaker's topic one month in advance so it can show up in the upcoming programs list in the weekly newsletter.
Contact information:
Kathy - leibraka@gmail.com
Dalyn - dnovak@wskfarch.com
Below are a few reminders to help you find a speaker for your date.
1) As noted above all members are assigned a date to provide a Friday program. Please find a speaker to present that day. You will be finding a speaker about once a year. It is much easier to find a speaker a few months in advance vs. a few weeks so PLAN AHEAD! You can also be your own speaker if you have an interesting topic to talk about!
2) Remember to keep your topic free of politics and religion!
3) Make sure you provide your speaker with directions on how to find us in the Park University underground. There is a map on our website's homepage that you can direct them to in case you need it.
4) If you are having a hard time finding a speaker email Kathy Leibrand (email listed above). We get emails from time to time from people who would love to come speak to our club.
5) We are currently providing the Zoom meeting option (hybrid meetings) for those members who are uncomfortable attending in person or for those members who are traveling and can't attend the meeting.
Please let us know if you have any questions!
Thank you!
Dalyn Novak & Kathy Leibrand
