This brief note is to confirm that the revised MOU associated with Parkville Rotary Park was approved by the Parkville Board of Alderman a few minutes ago unanimously. The project is now fully approved, and construction will officially start in the morning.
Materials were delivered to the site today, and what appeared to be some utility digging started this morning. The City announced other construction would start in the AM ... with project completion, weather permitting, to be October 31st.
