IN-PERSON MEETING @ NOON

TOPIC: Parkville Parks & Rec Update

The Parks & Recreation Department is responsible for special events, park programming, and maintenance at the City’s six parks and two nature sanctuaries. The Parks & Recreation crew maintains the park grounds, landscaping, shelters, restrooms, and amenities, including baseball and soccer fields, volleyball, pickleball and basketball courts, playgrounds, and dog parks.

The Department also oversees the Parkville Nature Sanctuary, a wildlife preserve and educational site developed and maintained by the City with the help of a group of extraordinary volunteers.

Join us Friday to hear Director Brittanie Propes provide us with an update on Parkville's Parks and Recreation Department.
