FIFA World Cup Games in 2026
David has led the Strategic Partnership efforts for Greater Kansas City Chamber since 2014. He is also responsible for the Chambers small business efforts as well as the Chambers finances. David is a member-focused leader that specializes in building and cultivating meaningful relationships with area business and civic leaders. Prior to joining the Greater Kansas City Chamber he held similar positions with the Overland Park KS Chamber, the Shawnee KS Chamber, as well as the Manhattan KS Chamber.
David has more than 20 years of Chamber experience in the region. He was an important member of the initial World Cup Committee that helped Kansas City land the 2026 World Cup. He traveled to Qatar to experience the 2024 World Cup and also assisted with planning elements for the 2023 NFL Draft. He recently organized the KC Chamber’s Trade Mission to Frankfurt Germany in the fall of 2023.
David built his career by selling Chamber memberships across the metro to businesses of all sizes. He is an award-winning sales professional that truly believes in the power of small businesses and the impact of regional collaboration.
David is a proud graduate of Kansas State University and currently serves on the National Advisory Board for their School of Journalism and Mass Communications. He is passionate about mentoring and the power that positive influences can have on one’s life. He has volunteered countless hours as a mentor for multiple school districts and nonprofit organizations. He also currently serves as a board member for the Prospect Business Association.
David is a very proud Kansas City native and can be found wearing KC gear around anytime/anywhere! He and is his wife Cassidy live in Lenexa and have three high energy sons, Ryker 10, Dax 8 and Cruz 6. He is an extremely proud father and would love to show you pictures.
